Folic Acid also prevent ones from degenerative diseases of brain like Parkinson disease, dementia, and depression and Alzheimer disease. Hence, retaining the folic acid. Folic Acid also treat the anemia so providing much oxygen to the brain tissues and this would enhance the memory.
